So I ranked up, did the Chroma Package, got the Spektar Kallipolis Legs and STILL NOT WORKING.

Omg. I told you in my reply (which you replied with a rude comment) that you needed to wear a class armor (bond, mark, or titan...whichever character you're using). Can you not f'n read? Sheesh. You ask for help...someone replies..you were rude unnecessarily...didnt listen...and still needing help even after someone gave it to you.
