Not having any problems loading in.
I have been having tons of problems with ammo not dropping at all while in forge so I'm forced to use sword/heavy ammo synth or the axes constantly.

This is the worst. Had it happen loads of times.

I've also had this happen but it happens in patrol now and again aswell. Going to orbit then going back usually cures this
