Nope - like the other guy said, level is capped at 30 DZ rank cap is 99 UG rank is 40

Are you talking of hitting level 40 with the Underground? The max level in the open world is still 30 and Darkzone is 99, where the max for UG is 40. (I have no idea if the new Survival has a leveling system since I haven't played TD since 1.5 was released and have no interest in it) With 1.5 - they added World Tier (WT) 5 where the enemies are capped at level 34 and so it would be moot to have added this new challenging WT if players were able to be higher than the NPCs.
