I filled out my support ticket 21 days ago and still has not gotten resolved. Playstation does not want to refund my wallet and says Bungie must fix it on our end. SRL is coming soon and I'd like to have my silver in time for it. This situation is just absurd. Last thing I want to do is whine on a forum but here we are spending money and not receiving what we bought.

  • The problem is Bungie has no direct contact, no 800 number to call, no support email. Their idea of customer support is literally "post on the forum and somebody might help you"....... for all the things people botch about (SBMM, fusion rifles, lag) this is the only actual CRIMINAL thing that Bungie is currently doing. I filled out my form back on 11/6, got the canned "we got your email and this is just a generic email that doesn't mean anything directly, but we can assure you we're looking into it" complete bullshit. Already filed with the BBB against Bungie, maybe that'll put a fire under their ass to get off it.
