I think it has to do with the community's approach and tone when they give feedback, especially with the match making topic. A lot of them had a pretty major tantrum and spammed the forum with posts about it. If you come at a business like that I guarantee the one(s) in charge will tell you to f**k off, in the best most passive way possible. I know I do that myself but not as passively as Bungie does.

This is exactly the problem. It's the non-constructive nonsense the destiny community provides time after time. I have never found someone who constructively prove that I was wrong. I don't know why people are on these forums when you have NO knowledge and NO rational mind. Most are butthurt about X or Y and because of that they'd ignore me for saying something controversial. They often see a sentence as equal to one another instead of understanding the complexity of language and see the differences between opinion and well constructed arguments without showing physical proof in the form of pictures or quote's by the president of America.
