Kinda defeats the purpose of exotic gear. Very rare and powerful but you can only equip 1 piece at a time. Makes the choice strategic.
There would also definetly be anoying combos e.g. (Tarantella, Shinobu's vow, Forstee5).

Not a lot of gear have the perks that they do so that alone makes them exotic. Nothing would be annoying because you can equip the same gear your opponent is equipping. Think about it as paper, rock, scissors
