Just remind yourself that you're causing a wipe every now and then aswell. If someone causes multiple wipes ask him what the problem was. If it was something that the team can help with, do so. If it is something that is because of the skill of the players, just check his loadout and the perks on his focus. If there is something you would chamge, reccomend it. Explain how you would do his task. If he still is not able to do it you can either help him get practise or you can tell him that he should practise his jump and movement in general on patrol or elsewhere.
