It truly is frustrating and sad to hear your experiences with raid leaders being assholes. I feel fortunate to have a raid leader who is not only the clan leader, but is actually motivational, patient, and knows what he's doing by commanding the fire team on what to do. I've only had one asshole raid commander, he would always yell at me because of my mistakes, he mocked me all because I was a Hunter main. Go ahead, criticize me for my choice of class but know this, you're no better than the complaining Hunters you complain about. Anyways, I never talked to that "raid commander" ever again, he sent me a friend request, but I declined. Now, I'm in a clan full of able, and willing guardians that are confident in help those who need it in raids.
Btw, I haven't completed Aksis because of time. I know what to do, all I need is a quick refresher and I'm good because Wrath of The Machine is easy compared to Kings fall.

I've had bad experiences and because of that I became the raid leader that I wanted to have. Mostlikely I lead my raid groups. Even on LFG I'm not the guy that posts an LFG and wait for half an hour to get invited to a group of 5. I'm the one who posts a LFM5 when I want to do it completely with randoms. Sometimes I post an LFG when I've done the raid on all 3 characters just to help out groups that are struggeling and with that I mostlikely take the lead because they were struggling because noone really wanted to lead the group.

Well I'm glad to hear that you've really stepped up and gave it your best to help others in raids compared to the asshole raid commanders that have treated their fireteam members like trash in a raid. Your leadership has given me hope that there are still good raid commanders out there. Have a good day, and shine on guardian.
