He's essentially someone who's achieved Godhood and is the only character we actually encounter in ES who's like that. He's done some crazy shit too; lit his head on fire, stopped a meteor from crushing his city and leaving it levitating in mid air, he -blam!-ed Molag Bal. All that good stuff.
