Connections are horrible because Aussie connections aren't always stable not everyone has NBN, that and Bungie always matches us up with Koreans/Japanese and Malaysians which makes it A LOT worse.

I'm from Texas and I routinely play against people in Rio. It's odd because I happen to be a BJJ purple belt and know a bit of Portuguese so I oddly enough can send messages they understand.

I play from the uk and since the control match making settings hit I play Australia, Japan, Canada, America (both coasts), Mexico and Brazil as often as I play people in europe lol. the lag has got so bad I have stopped playing and moved to tf2 till it gets fixed. if it doesnt then I guess thats me and destiny done.

That's the issue though isn't it. The internet is a fickle thing. Sbmm with a low player pop as soon as they start lowering connection quality to widen the pool to more players at same skill level ... rip the match. The more I improve at pvp the worse it gets. It can take up to 5 mins average to find a match in the weekly and when i do the connections are unplayable. The better player I become the worse it gets
