I've recently put Destiny away as well. It would be nice if they did something to revitalize it.
I think after SRL, they'll be announcing old raids being brought to current light. It's an easy way to give us "more to do" without incurring any costs.
I don't think there will be any new content till D2. I'm not sure I'll be back for D2. Destiny has left too much of a negative impression on me: SBMM (laag), "Shared word shooter" netcode (laaaaag), Damage referee (RNG awarding of damage, disguised as laaag), Removing/nerfing Y1 perks, Nerfing everything, failing to issue appropriate punishments for cheating, snarky/arrogant statements from Deej/Luke Smith/Urk, No more elemental primaries, Eververse cash grabs, RNG rolls on guns (no re-rolling), Vault space, etc. I could go on, but what's the point?

I get no joy for saying what I don't like about Destiny. It frustrates me that a game with so much potential could be so mismanaged. Your attutude is like bungies: "Well you played the game this long, so we must be doing it right". They've gotten by like that for a while now, but people are leaving in droves. If they make any changes, it will probably be too little, too late. Hopefully, they imrove things for D2.
