Your build should be this: Gunslinger w/ Chain of Woe (Gunslinger's Trance optional, but helpful) Any guns with high reload speeds having these perks: Outlaw, Triple Tap, and DEFINITELY Reactive Reload. Now, you don't have to worry about always reloading. It can be a GOOD addiction!
