Flapyap is wandering the Dojo streets on his quest, casually avoiding the monkeys.

For a split second, you could think you were face to face with an arbiter, for this sangheili wore the garb....but there were bullet holes in the chest and right glove armor, and the armor overall looked to be very worn his upper right jaw and right eye were both missing, and his other eye stared you down he held one of Ripa's swords in his left hand, and his own personal Plasma Rifle, gunmetal grey and reading in sangheili writing "Flame of Sangheilios" "Name yourself, and tell me what you are doing here"
