yeah bungie nerfed it, but seems to move its original strength over to Peregrine Greaves. If you wear that it restores the speed and tracking almost to its original status. starts up faster with it as well. do give it a try

All it does is kill supers and high armor guardians and that health regen is on our perk tree I don't know where you got all that other stuff from
