It has everything to do with aim, and skill. There has to be an end to the presumption of absolute accuracy, nobody is 100% accurate. even without bloom, you would still miss shots. Only when you begin to realise your own fallibility, will you begin to come to terms with bloom.
Bloom can be beaten.

Edited by RAIST5150: 11/23/2016 9:44:35 PMWe already have randomization within the initial accuracy cone. That is why you can miss well placed initial shots from a rested state at a somewhat consistent rate beyond a certain range based on your range stat (bloom does not apply to those rested shots). Bloom causes that initial accuracy cone to "bloom" rapidly on consecutive shots and while moving and such. It's current implementation in fact ramps up the randomization to bizarre levels at times...to the point that you can in fact miss well placed shots even within CQC situations. It is because you are loosing to the overpowered RNG mechanic, not a lack of skill. No amount of skill can overcome RNGesus. Bloom exists on all weapons, so you likely will never see it removed. But they should at least be open to the compromise of reigning it in on HC's. When you stand a better chance taking out a rusher with a scout or pulse than a hand CANNON....their is a problem.

Edited by BRAZACK: 11/23/2016 5:49:38 AMNope, bloom is a real problem. With bloom gone at least your bullets will go where u are/were aiming. So if you miss your shot(after bloom is removed) its because your aim is off not because of bloom. There should never be bullet rng in an fps game period

It is proven multiple times in private match videos that you can be aiming directly at a guardian and RNG bloom will roll a 1 and register a miss. I don't understand your post??? Yes, skilled hand, paced shots, even closer range. All things that can help fight the good fight (fighting against bloom). But in the end you can't beat random elements. You can only roll with the dice. Bungie code has bloom, and unfortunately it is a little strong since that one update a while back. In my opinion, they just need to tweak the mechanic. Define ranges in the game where bloom will not exist in any capacity per weapon type. Example: bloom should not exist on any hand cannon between 0-35 meters. Past that point, bloom should start to incur and continual a gradual increase.

I'll definitely admit I miss shots but when I aim directly at someone and it just misses, that has nothing to do with skill it's all bloom and weapon cone.
