.....and increase their drops.....all I get from the forge is crappy blue engrams and ghosts

I hope you know artifacts can drop up to 400

Yeah......up too......as long as your 395++........I've never had an artifact drop in the forge......and I've only gotten a few 385-388 ghosts. I hate how they say possibility of 400...it's based on your light but should've a random Max light drop regardless of your own level.

I have all but the boots. Keeps giving me helms and arms

All I have is the Titan chest and helmet.....as each week goes by I give up on destiny a little more
