Exclusive content is locked to that console some of it will transfer, most of it won't, and few items can be bought again.

Yes. But granted they said this at the start and no one listened. As a result I had to suffer through a year of TTK on a legacy console because I refused to pay for dlc I owned.

I agree.. its just mind boggling that I had paid for it once on the PS3 and have to pay for it all again on the 4.. to upgrade.. fine, upgraded. But U have to upgrade special editions seperately?? Assnine.. I have things like dance emotes that sit in my inventory and can't be even be used because the greedy can't milk us enough to satisfy themselves. God I hope they get their heads on by Destiny 2.. or there are other palatable multi player co-op games for us to take our dollars to.
