I was thinking the same thing because she sure didnt offer me those stats. Are certain things in the game random? Another thing that comes to mind are the Shiro bounties. Some weeks I see people use the axe in the Plaguelands as if their lives depended on it. But I sure didnt have an axe bounty. This week I did though and I havent seen a single person try to steal a quarantine axe or go for it in the Forge.

I will check when I get on tomorrow. I'd highly highly doubt stats are random, but people are acting as if they are. We can debunk this in 18 Hours lol

The artifact is int/ dis but it only shows dis on when glanceing at it if you inspect to its there for whatever reason

I read in a sub-reply below that the artifact isnt int/dis. It's actually dis with the option to spec int instead - so it's only labeled as Dis. So that might explain it.
