The contract(2009) lasts 4 games in 10 years (till 2019) This was done under the assumption that Destiny was to release in 2013 as intended and it's sequels in 2015, 2017, 2019 and "comet" expansions every other year But since both Destiny and Destiny II were delayed a year, the contract might not end until Destiny 4
