No not PCmasterrace.. by the way Bethesda is only the publisher Arkane studios is the developer

That is irrelevant, the publisher is still the one that makes the decision to launch, if a game is not yet ready for launch it should be delayed until it is, and their review policy isn't helping matters. In the end it is Bethesda that should be held acountable.

Not true, publisher will set release dates but developers can push that back if need be. Take for example Witcher 3 CD Red was the developer and Warner Bro is the publisher. CD Red delayed the game a bunch of times to work on it. I think us as gamers need to stop putting the blame on publisher and preorders and hold the developers responsible

CDPR self-publishing is probably what helped them delay the game so much.

Warner Bros was just the distributer, all they did was print and ship copies of TW3.
