I wanted to say I would gift the Dark Drinker to my friend, till I saw your edit that you will lose the item and have to find it again. So I have to do the quest again? Hell no, sorry friend, I hated collecting those materials.

Yeah that's what I had in my mind, but saying "having to find it again" I didn't know if that meant to do the quest again or not.
