I believe the reason we see higher recoil patterns, and crap stability percs on these pulses, is because they all throw an extra round down range. The Apple of Discord vendor roll at the beginning of Y2 has been the best Häkke pulse I've used so far. I would like to see one with the hawksaw archetype, but I know it'd be squirrely af.
As for the hand cannons...

Well since the base stats on these guns are such crap, they need major tweaking. I have a herja-d with rodeo and injection mold, but it's complete crap. Can't compete against anything. Hand cannons come with a mag of 7 and trash base stats. Even some perks to boost them can't help.

I have an apple of discord w/ counterbalance It shreds people It'll be absurdly good during the annual noob harvest(AKA christmas)

There are the odd good rolls but few and far between the only great roll I got for a pulse was lludyimia with perfect balance and with counter it would have been amazing but so few good rolls

Had gaheris hand cannon, which fires pretty fast, with a good roll handled nice, good range, deadly accurate but a 4 shot to 5 shot kill with a seven round mag made it useless I could do one on ones no problem but dead after every reload in any team based game
