If a team gives up map control that badly, they deserve it. That's what competitive shooters are all about. Stop trying to reward the losers.

Map control? Most maps give the illusion of symmetrical spawns, but that is not the case. There will usually be one spawn with an advantage over the other. It's not a problem of map control. It's dying, waiting 10 seconds, then you can't get out of spawn. You can't do much after that.
