Courage has to deal with much more -blam!-ed up shit, and scoob can mostly handle his problems because he gets secondhand high from shaggy.
I guess if I had to pick one it would be courage.

Haha! I picked Courage myself, he'll do anything to protect his owners. Scooby was always kind of meh for me.

Scooby will help the people he cares about. Especially shaggy. Like I said, courage only beats him out because he has to deal with the most -blam!-ed up shit ever. Shit that's actually supernatural
