The truth is everyone is using the same 10 guns anyway. Reforging would simply make each person be able to compete better vs others with it rather then losing to them just because they had high caliber rounds or such. HoW balanced weapons and is by far the best era imo. Plus it would reduce grinding time for that imago with outlaw/firefly and the like. I would love to see it come back.
