Don't know about you guys, but my fireteam and I were having some CRAZY issues doing it tonight. So many times I'd nail the switch, visually the door would drop and we'd even get the action feed message it was closed...and then we'd die. Or random people inside the room would die.
Dregs teleporting left and right, monitors going down and SIVA density still going critical..
Went to orbit numerous times and still had issues. Everyone was greenbar too.
Even had a time where I was killing adds and suddenly a few tracker orbs appeared right in front of me. Literally.
It's like the freaking teleporting jesus ogres all over again. FFS.

It still sounds like a connection issue, it doesn't matter what the green bar says in this game because it only tells you your connection to each other, while you could still have a bad connection to the server itself, try changing hosts
