ya sure thats a good idea this way anyone with matador can get max range with rangefinder and then no one would use anything then shotty's thats a good idea kid.. lets screw up pvp worse then it is.. your definately special arent you

Shotguns aren't the issue. And if you seriously believe that it's fair when 30% of the population has a god roll, but the others don't, then you are kidding yourself. Reforging helps to make the PvP fair for everyone.

You're retarded if you think Shotguns are a balance problem right now. They were the second strongest choice in PvP, now they're closer to first again. But they are not some ungodly terror like Y1 Felwinter's Lie. Some of the players are having Shotgun PTSD the same way Bungie expected people to whine about Thorn. Except they brought it back and pre-nerfed it just to lube up some players' buttholes so they wouldn't get too butt hurt. Are we really going to have to nerf Shotguns just because people think overused = overpowered? Five months ago, saying Shotguns are OP would've labeled you the village idiot. Nothing has really changed to Shotguns since then. Nothing in their niche range has really changed since then, except light buffs to other weapons. They are literally no different than they were before when people complained they were weak.

There was and I think still is an early level quest that gives you a perfect roll matador. It was a Taken King quest you did early in your levels. So anyone and everyone already had the opportunity to have a god roll shot gun. I have 3, one on each character. Even still that said I'm against reforging of weapons for the very fact this is a loot based RPG game and easy rolls killed the hunt for bad ass gear..

If you played Destiny in Year One you should now that the Balance in HoW was perfect. Since TTK Shotguns are sometimes "unfair but not OP"

i guess i have the queens ship from y1 for no reason you dumbass.. nothing was balanced ever in PVP... for you to even say that then you clearly have no idea how crucible truely is.. the most op weapon in the game when raid came out was the Vex then that was nerfed then it was suros then that was nerfed then it was thorn that was nerfed on and on.. now from every unbalanced thing there was we are here and guess what nothing is even balanced cuz nothing was ever balanced you scrub get good
