As a player that hasn't done the quests on his 2 other characters yet, I'm guessing it's still here for people that don't rush through everything.

Honestly it doesn't take 2 weeks to do them quest on all 3 characters the reason you haven't done them on your other 2 is because it's not worth the time and effort even if it is a low amount of effort

Pretty much, yeah. It took me around 2 hours to do it, so that's 6 hours of playtime in addition to the time I put into activities I normally do. With a 2 week period, that's an average of only 3 additional hours added to playtime per week instead of 6.
