Alright now it's time to get cooking on some lore. You got anything on Aksis and the splicers? If every house had splicers, why didn't they get used more often in other situations like the house of wolves rebellion, or Winters loss of a prime?

Every house has splicers but not all the houses had SIVA. [spoiler]They could rebuild their gods normally but it's not very cost effective.[/spoiler] Splicers are basically the egg-heads of the fallen houses.
