That's not evidence. There are to many variables. Also it's just implausible that Bungie messed with their game to find a way to make streamers do more damage. Instead of putting on your spinmetal hat, think through it logically. You'll probably find a good answer and not a conspiracy theory.

I know bungie didnt mess with their game. Its just frustrating to see an other player with lower lightlevel do more damage with the same weapon.

Again. Read what everyone is saying One example likely had the vicyim running high agility and high recovery stats and lower armor stats. Thr other with higher armor stats and lower agility and recovery. Its not that hard to figure out. At one point boolean Gemini used to 3 shot low armor hunters if you had aggressive ballistics for a 0.75 time to kill and 4 shot everyone else.
