We basically discussed and the guy was getting a lot of messages harassing him because of it. Since it was definitly not my intention to get to this point, I agreed to remove the post. He is apparently already server banned by bungie and can't connect to the game anymore. He denied the fact that he is DDoSsing. Anyways, I will check from time to time to see the legitimacy of everything, but I honestly do hope there are no lies so no other guardian can encounter the same problem again. Also, since you probably know their gamertags, please don't send them messages from now on. Just check stats from time to time. I don't want hate towards him. So for now, that is the solution.

Thanks for the reply. I'm not going to list names or start harassing them. I'm not a networking guru, but the only way that the frequency of his opponents dropping would be that high, is if he's consistently getting teamed up against people with hamster powered internet (they're connection is dropping) or the more logical reason, they're getting DDos'ed. I hate jumping to conclusions without having all the facts, but jesus pete. This seems pretty obvious.
