How do I get an old one? All I keep getting is the High Command Mark from them.

Needs to be a Year 2 Mark. Buy the Chroma packages for the Y2 Mark and hope RNG gives it to you. Bungie has addressed that their is a bug and we'll hopefully get a fix soon. Best of luck!
