No ghost shells, but yes they do drop class items unless removed last patch...

You can get class item from.chest but no light level

Yea but if they did it would give players a reason to enjoy two good raids that have sat dormant for over a year.

Just need to bring them all to level. I still do them occasionally. Acssednent shards and radiant shards turn into motes of light at the speaker.
