As everyone else stated, light level is not an ultimate determinant of skill or ability. At 380, I outdo players at 390. Just saying.

Killing adds means jack shit, it's being able to do enough damage to a bosses in a given damage cycle. The truth is that you are 10 levels under the recommended 390 for every encounter after Vosik. You are simply not capable of doing as much damage in a given period as someone who is higher light than you. It's morons like you that I am weeding out when I make my LFG group requirements. You are not high enough level and you have barely any experience. If you don't have time to properly level yourself and equip yourself I don't have time for you to drag my raid group down either. I don't have all night to waste on people like you that think that they are ready. Prove it, get your light up, get some experience under your belt. 2 normal mode raid completions is not a seasoned and reliable raider.

Calm down. I made a reasonable reply to the o.p. and have enough sense to know the advantages of higher light. Do not come to me with your insults and bitter recriminations in an attempt to sway my opinion. It's childish, demeaning and down right rude.
