Check your bluprints, you mightbof done it already. Also, check abandoned quests.

Youre right... i did the arcus one instead the solar. Bluepronts are locked

You can also try staring the quest on a secondary character too.

ok now i bought the sword for all characters, inused it to 350 (>280) and leveld them to max... No Story Mission is starting and shaxxx is still quite...

Ahhh i figuered it out.... Get the sword, doesnt matter which char, only the oryx missions had to be done... Then level the deord and infuse it... Go to shaxxx, you see nothing at this moment, then hit 1x the circle on you controller and vola... you can aktivte the quest
