Lol you guys can't be serious.
Exploder shank shouldn't explode when hit with axe - hahaha why not?
If you hit an explosive with axe what will happen?
Don't die if you care about finishing forge. Or if you can't help dying, don't play solo.
Or at least find a forge with multiple people.

If you hit an explosive with an axe (such as a grenade) it would just make said explosive useless. This [b][u]IS[/u][/b] a videogame though.

Well all I know is people shouldn't complain if an exploder shank explodes and they were stupid enough to be close to it.

50℅ of the time the exploder shank disintegrates, 50℅ of the time it explodes and kills you, it should make its mind up.

Its not 50-50 If you see your axe is on fire, it disintegrate. If it's not then it will explode.

Plus if you hit an exploder with the heavy attack it'll fizzle out and die without exploding due to the burn damage. I typically use the regular strike for most enemies and leave the heavy strike for explodies and the boss.

If you have fire on your axe. Then even regular hit will disintegrate shanks. I usually use heavy attack too. But people complaining here is stupid. It's an exploding shank. What do you expect lol
