Does anyone know the deal with the Hidden Chest after you input the binary code and gain access to the Exotic Engram Chest? I heard you can open it once per week on only 1 character, then I heard you can open it on all characters once a week, and I've also heard you can only get it one time period. I oped it on Monday before the reset with my Titan, and got an Exotic Engram, then I opened it on Wednesday after the reset and got nothing... so I'm a little confused.
