I think you mean promoted to a new position in the clinton camp. Just like how debbie wasamanshits was "fired" from the dnc and got a nice new job at the clinton office.

Which is what has happened with all of his videos. Almost all of the external post investigations have revealed no illegal activity and doctoring of the footage. The track record should make everyone a sceptic.

That track record is he was convicted once, falsely editing one video when it was compared to the raw footage.

This happened. The plotting atleast cant he disputed. The DNC has said they've fired the responsible individuals and have no evidence these plans were actually put into place.

Tampering with phone lines and trespassing mainly. In his first interview 2 days ago he admitted to his past and said he learned from his mistakes. Before he started this year long sting he retained a group of lawyers that went over all processes used to make sure he broke no laws so the democrats couldn't pin him on a technicality. Also this wouldn't be the first time the democrats, more specific the obama administration, went after and got a conviction and even locked up a journalist for 8 months in a halfway house for the physical, mental, and emotionally disabled.
