Having same issue, I have all Dead Orbit gear on, all weapons, ghost, shader and emblem and still nothing. Bungie needs to fix

I seem to be having the same issue with my Hunter. I have full faction armor; shader and emblem. Even went as far as equipping a dead orbit ship and ghost but still no progress on the bounty at all.

Having the same issue here, I'm wearing the 'Omen of the Decayer' Emblem, Revenant shader & Endling Cloak but the quest isn't working. I'm going to wait until I get a cloak out of a package and try that I think.
