Dude, sas have the best record At pretty much everything they do, least casualties, least hostige casualties, most effective. So far americas special forces from what was open to public is storm in, kill the bad guys, but lose hostages in process. With a "aww well, but we killed the hostage takers." At the end

Suppose that's how they Killt Osama. But wait....

Osama wasnt a hostage situation, and besides, America said, fûck waiting, we storm now! Shît we've been seen! Kill him anyway. SAS would have been stealthy, got in position, thrown in stuns, then taken osama and his men down quickly, with extremly little and probably even no casualties. Hostage situations, America acts the same, there was a case where 10 hostages were killed (2 British) because America didn't bother telling any other country where the hostages were and couldn't be bothered to wait, so stormed in. All hostages were executed because the Americans were seen straight away, and the army basicly said well shame about the deaths, but we killed the guys!

Edited by Shortbusbanned: 10/18/2016 12:34:49 AMSince we're playing technicalities, does the SAS count as a military? Hardly. If push came to shove there is little the SAS could do alone against the might of the US army. Unless you know, they had a couple of nukes. Also, the whole point of the Osama raid was to kill him, not extract him.

But the way they did it resulted in more losses then nessecairy. Also, U.K. has the commandos, the sas, and a couple of other teams that are in the top 10 of the world. Plus, the U.K. Has proven that when nessecairy, they can push back strong enemies. The U.K.s history is basicly fighting wars against Europe all the time, and surviving. Plus the U.K. Doesn't exactly take to war to kindly, if you attack them, they do attack back twice as hard, it may take time, but they do it.

Kek, Do you actually think in a no rules fight that the UK would win? Even without nukes the us military has sheer numbers. US has numerous military bases throughout the UK and how many bases do the UK have in the US? Oh wait, it's 0.
-
Us has 0 bases in the U.K. As well. Plus the U.K. Had a defense plan in place for ww2, it would be easy to do the same against the us. Best part is that it was willing civilians doing it. And if us went up against U.K., the U.K. Would call on all its former colonies. Can the us beat the U.K., Australia, New Zealand, Canada, half of africa, India, etc. at The same time? Doupt it.

Edited by AX1OSx: 10/18/2016 8:41:53 PMSeveral of those countries would choose the U.S. Over the U.K. (Canada). The fact you think "colonies" would aid you is ignorant. Africa my ass.
