Im pretty sure cayde 6 is the son of "buck" in halo ! Listen to they're voices closely....
Plus they got the same humor....
of course i know its the same voice actor but it would be nice if bungie would weave in the halo story in destiny.....halo could easily be "the golden age" before destiny vanilla....
Wouldn't be able to. If I am not mistaken, Buck showed up in Halo 4. That was 343 Studios, not Bungie.
-
You see....halo isn't only a game its a game BASED on a story and if you read the story buck's bin there for a looooong time at one point he even joined the rebels before becoming a spartan...
-
Now you're just going off on a tangent. None of this bares any relevance to my stating Bungie can't tie the two together because they no longer have ownership of Buck.
-
Another thing....im not the only one who thinks this, but maybe its because you never found the 2 eastereggs in "cayde's stach" mission for the stealth drive.... This is the one about the subject buck: https://youtu.be/xd5GM1q_ZFk Off course its not confirmed by bungie or activision but cmooooonnnn its kind a obvious.....there's also another easteregg showing a guardian with tons of light etc etc but who wants to stay in "cryogenic"sleep......AKA MASTER CHIEF! Its already happening...
-
By the way....wasn't reach a bungie game? Cause im sure as hell buck made an appearance there......?(just asking) Meaning they could both have acces to that character, you see 343 AND bungie need permission from the guy that WROTE halo thats all...... Look at chief, he appeared in both 343 and bungie versions of halo for example (duuuh he's the main character)
If I am not mistaken, Buck showed up in Halo 4.
I was referring to your answer about when buck showed up not the 343 studio thing....yeez you dont have to be a a-hole about it im a friendly guy😆
-
Dude....buck was already a member in halo odst!😂 plus did you look at the spoiler in my post? Its the same voice actor (the guy fron the comedy "2 guys a girl and a pizza something...." with the actor that plays deadpool in the deadpool movie)

Edited by FunkFlyBoy: 10/12/2016 2:33:04 PMI know it's the same actor and the reach bit was already pointed out. However, 343 still has rights to the character, not Bungie.

Buck first makes an appearance in Reach, a bungie game
-
Forgot about Reach. Probably still couldn't because now he is licensed by 343.

Agreed
