and scouts shouldn't be 3 shot like a handcannon but we can't have everything (and yes there are scout rifles killing you in three shots)

Well i know what ones your talking a out and im fine with them doing that. That have high recoil and extremly slow rate of fire and do about the same damage as the TLW. Theyve never been a problem to me.

and grasp archetype pulse rifles haven't been an issue to me so that is all opinion based I guess
