Hahaha, no.
I would bet they only put it back in because of constant bitching and/or the work they put into it's Grimoire story.
I would be less surprised if it got nerfed than buffed.
I will be very surprised if it makes the jump to Destiny 2.

I don't see any of the guns we have now making it to year 2 but thorn needs buffed regardless and I'm assuming you hate it only because it was op for a while?
