Anyone else really dissapointed by The Iron Banner?
Gear is the exact same apart from color and a few adjustments.
Cant even upgrade the gear like the iron lord armor.. Really?
Weapons are all ugly compared to previous designs.
Rank 5 in about 2 days worth of playing.
Just my feelings anyway. How is IB for you this time around?

I love iron banner, gives those the chance to rank up to raid material without getting carried

Everything in crucible is horrible for me, something happened with the release of iron banner, I've been checking my games and for some reason I am being matched against people much better than me, constantly. I'm debating on grabbing battlefield or call of duty for pvp, I'm not suffering through this bullshit another year

New Supremacy mode is horrible. Huge blowouts every match. I let my 7yr old grind this bs. Do they even test this before running with it. Total joke.

1 ReplyEdited by zxionisus: 10/9/2016 11:58:05 PMI've enjoyed it. I went in as a solo player yesterday and got to rank 5; got the IB auto, fusion, shot gun, sidearm, and machine gun. (The heavy machine gun is the only one I saved- infused the rest.) My Titan has almost a complete set of armor. I've had to adapt to the shot gun play style and learn the new maps, but I've had fun. I got killed by a variety of weapons, which is good. Tried using fusions at first but it didn't work for me. Finally settled on Hawksaw and Invective and the chest piece for two grenades. The sticky grenades really did the trick, because everyone has been bunched up close. Loot drops have been good - I even got an emblem that I haven't seen before on my Titan. Lastly, I was green bar the whole day, and although there were about 2 matches with lag, it was good the rest of the time.

Not too fun getting teamates who are garbage players go for crests and die and blocking teamates from going into cover is mostly games i get put in. If any1 wants to team up and win my gt is above

It's not the same gear I've been getting tons of upgrades 😀 Go play some rp game or something everyone that care about your guardians looks haha. Don't even understand when you got time to look at your own character.

I'm loving it. But, I just like IB. Even rift. Also, there's different gear dropping that doesn't look like the current stuff.

Random loot drops are good . Shotgun ADHD madhouse ... Not so much

It's such a painful grind. The connections are so bad and the MM so skewed. But the loot is solid.

I reached rank 5 like two days ago(?)and haven't gotten any loot to drop after that besides two gauntlets. I'm very disappointed.

4 RepliesI like that they tried to make the weapons feel unique compared to the other ones in the game. Reminds me of pipe weapons from FO4. The scout is really good

Disagree with everything you said. Except for the leveling up. That was nice to have done so quick.

Better loot drop probability is great, though. And, the weapons look much better than the previous weapons, which looked like reskinned blues.

22 RepliesI'm dissapointed. I don't like that the bounties are weekly now. If you don't get all the weapons you want in the 6 random drops then you're screwed for a month. I wanted the scout or the hand cannon. I got EVERYTHING but those 2. And then repeats of the 2 heavy weapons. I hate the new system

Your post lost all credibility once you said the new weapons look bad compared to the old ones which were literally normal weapons with some brown thrown on.
