Because they're doing it lol, I have multiple friends doing it on multiple characters per week.

Exploit? Suppose to be only one free one perk week... Unless they are buying drone eververse?

Nah they don't buy silver and such, they said hell no to that, it's a waste. I'm going with it's glitched as rewards have been pretty buggy since release. Like daily just didn't give anything one time. This is the first week I can get a Legendary on all 3 characters on first Heroic Weekly.
