The Class item from year 3 won't work. You have to use the year 2 class item or year 3 spektar class item. If you don't have any of mentioned item then year one class item will also do the trick.

I'm having the same problem... I already tried 3 deferent emblems, shaders and I have a Spektar year 3 on, the helmet.

Are you having the spektar helmet or the spektar bond/cloak/mark? Please note that you have to have the shader and emblem from the representive faction
