Respectfully, the why isn't important. I want it because it's rated one of the best scout rifles in the game and I like to use purple primaries so I can keep my exotic for heavy, e.g the ghallahorn. So any actual help in whether I can obtain it would be very much appreciated :)

Oh, my bad, sorry, i didnt mean to be rude. You used to get it from Dead Orbit. Now, it has been replaced. Click triangle on a rank up package from Dead Orbit. It tells you what you can possibly get from the package. If Hung Jury isn't in the package i doubt you can get it. Hope this helps!
