Not really.
All it means for now is the planet mat they accept changes.
This excludes Amanda, Speaker and Shader lady.
Edit: the Kallipolos plate should be available in the spectar variant...

How do I get spectar variant?

First I spelled it incorrectly, should be spektar... Anyway, on a rank you are given 3 options. Chroma is the spektar version. Choose that on your rank package.
