Stat rolls don't refresh. If you're talking about the old New Monarchy armour from TTK sadly it's gone forever now and replaced by the RoI armour.

Yeah, the old armour looked way better. The new Dead Orbit stuff with the purple cammo looks like trash. You can still obtain the specter set at least

All spectar amour is available by selecting the corresponding package for that faction be it New Monarchy Dead Orbit or even Crucible. I only brought up dead orbit to agree the new armour is lackluster.

You talking about the packages you get from going up in faction rank?

Yes, you'll have armour, weapons and a spectar package that will have the old spectar armour.
