I always turned up the volume when that theme song started. Literally nothing gets my blood pumping and focus sharpened quite like the halo themes, in all their various and glorious iterations.

There's a hint to the Halo Theme in the final fight with the Black Heart in Vanilla Destiny. You have to listen for it, but it IS there.
